Add New User

Step 1: Click the  icon located on the header on the top right to access the User Management section.

Step 2: Click the  button.


Step 3: Populate the form with user details.
(Note: the system will auto populate the username with the user email address entered, however, this can be changed if required. Only one username per user profile can be allocated in the eftsure system).

Step 4: Define user roles (refer to User Role Matrix guides for further information).

Step 5: Assign the user to a profile/division or to multiple profiles/divisions.
(Note: If no profile/division is selected, and the profile field is left blank, the user will be assigned access to all available profiles/divisions).

Step 6: Input the user's job position at the company.

Step 7: Save changes.


 


Account Activation Email

Once user/s are created, the system will send the nominated email address instructions to activate their account.

Password rules must be taken into account whenchanging the password for new profiles.
