Action Item: Add a Comment to an Entity Record

The Comments Log enables you to add descriptive information relating to a specific vendor,  which will be visible to other internal users.

This works well to assist maintenance users and approvers during the payment review process.
This serves as a full time and date stamped audit trail to document all items actioned for a specific supplier.

Input text in the "New Comment" box, and select "Post Comment".
