Action Item: How to Upload a Document to an Entity Record
Should you wish to add a document relating to a specific vendor, you can do so using this "Document Upload" function.
Examples of types of documents which may be uploaded are a vendor's BEE certificate, a Letter of Good Standing, a Tax Compliance Certificate, etc
Select File for the document you wish to upload from your computer.
Complete the relevant fields:
- Title - this is
the name of the document to be uploaded. E.g. Tax Compliance Certificate".
- Expiration Date - this is
the expiration date of the specific document being uploaded.
(Note: eftsure system notification emails will be sent to you prior to the
expiration date which you have set as a prompt to replace or request a latest version of the document from the supplier.
Note: the uploaded document will
be available for download within the Entity record and from the Documents
Library in the "Documents" section on the left-hand panel of the portal.
