Single Sign-On

To facilitate SSO with the Microsoft, eftsure has an application registered on Microsoft Entra (Formally Microsoft AD). The application has been setup where Multitenant Microsoft accounts in any organisation directory can be link to the application setup.


In order for a Microsoft organisation directory to work with this application eftsure implementation team will need to set the organisation Microsoft Entra Tenant ID on the system backend. 

 

Refer below for steps to access this tenant ID to pass onto the eftsure implementation team.

  1. Log onto Microsoft Entra https://entra.microsoft.com/

  2. Select “Identity” > “Overview” from the menu on the left



  3. Copy the Tenant ID and provide to eftsure support

  4. You may want to whitelist the eftsure portal login URL to prevent any security policy clashes: https://portal.eftsure.co.za/

 

Once the Tenant ID is linked, any user within the Microsoft directory which has a matching registered eftsure user profile will be able to logon to the eftsure application, as follows:
