Editing and Deleting a User Profile

User Guide: Editing and Deleting a User Profile

Follow these steps to edit or delete a user profile:


1. Accessing User Management

Click on the Person icon located at the top of the page to access the User Management section.

2. Managing User Profiles

  • The Trash icon allows you to delete a user profile.
  • The Pencil icon allows you to edit the user profile.


Editing a User Profile

1. Find the User Profile

Locate the user profile you want to edit.

2. Edit the Profile

Click the Pencil icon next to the user’s name to enter the edit mode.

Here’s what you can do:

  • Update the Email Address:
    Click the Update Email button to change the email associated with this profile.

  • Edit User Roles:
    Click on the Roles box to open a drop-down menu.

    Add or remove roles for the user by selecting or deselecting options from the list.

  • Restrict Access to Divisions:
    If divisions are set up on your profile, you can restrict the user’s access to specific divisions by selecting the relevant division(s).


3. Saving Changes

Once you’re satisfied with the changes, click the Save button at the bottom of the page to confirm and apply the updates.
