Exporting Entity Details to a Spreadsheet
To export the details of entities with a specific status to an Excel or PDF file, follow these steps:
Filter which entities you would like to view
In the entities section, you will be able to filter the entities displayed depending on your preferences. To do this, click the "Filter Entities" button.Selecting Records for Export
If you want to export specific entities, simply check the boxes next to each record you wish to include in the export. If you want to export all the entities displayed, you can check the box at the top of the list. This will automatically select all records currently visible.Exporting the Selected Records
Once you've selected the records you want, look for the Export button on your screen. Click this button to export the selected entities to a spreadsheet. The records will be saved in an Excel sheet format. You will then be able to see all information regarding those entities.
