Applying Filters in the Payments Section
Applying Filters in the Payments Section
The Payments section in eftsure provides access to view and manage payment records.
To enhance efficiency and target specific data, use the available filters to tailor the displayed information to your needs. By default, the most recent uploads are shown, but you can refine the view using the filtering options described below.
Step 1: Default View of Recent Uploads
Upon accessing the Payments section, the platform automatically displays the most recent uploads.
To view a wider range of records, click “Filter Payments” to apply filters and narrow down your results.

Step 2: Filtering by Date Range
To view payment records from a specific timeframe, simply select the desired date range.
Locate the Date Filter
- Click on the box located underneath “Only show latest payments" and change it to "No".

Select a Date Range
- Change the drop-down option to adjust the time frame.

- Once the desired date range has been selected, the system will display all payments that were screened during that period.
Step 3: Filtering by Verification Status, Entity ID Status, and Payment Type
You can further refine your search using the following filters:
Verification Status
- Filter records based on their verification results (e.g., verified, pending, or failed).
Entity ID Status
- Filter payments based on the status of the associated entity ID (e.g., listed, not listed, or verified).
Domestic vs. International Payments
- Domestic Payments: View payments made to entities within your country.
- International Payments: View payments made to entities outside your country.

Step 4: Applying Filters
Once you’ve selected your filters (date range, verification status, entity ID status, or payment type), apply them by following these steps:
Click the "Show" Button
- After selecting your filter options, click the “Show” button to apply the filters.

Review Filtered Results
- The Payments section will now display only the records that match your selected filters.
Filters help you zero in on the most relevant payment records, making your review process more efficient.
Tip: If you're having trouble locating a specific record, double-check which filters are currently applied.
