You can export payment records from the Payments section in eftsure to generate a report for documentation or further analysis. To do this, follow these steps:

Step 1: Filter the Payments

  • To narrow down the list of payments, click the "Filter Payments" button.
  • Choose the desired criteria for the payments you want to view, such as date range, verification status, or payment type (e.g., domestic or international).
  • Apply the filters to display the relevant payment records.

Step 2: Select the Payments to Export

  • Once the filtered payments are displayed, select the specific payment records you want to export by clicking the checkboxes next to each payment.
  • To select all payments shown on the current page, click the top checkbox. This will automatically select all displayed records.

Step 3: Export the Selected Payments

  • After selecting the payments to export, click the "Export Payments" button.
  • Choose your preferred export format: either "Excel" or "PDF."
  • The payment records will be exported in the chosen format and downloaded to your device.

By following these steps, you can efficiently export scanned payments for reporting or analysis, making it easier to manage and document your payment records.
