Using Quick Filters on the Onboardings Tab

This guide explains how to effectively filter onboardings by specific statuses using the quick filter buttons in the eftsure portal, allowing you to streamline your review process with ease.

Accessing the Onboardings Tab

  • Navigate to the Onboardings tab in the eftsure portal.

Using Quick Filter Buttons

You can use the following buttons to filter onboardings by specific statuses:

1. My Queue

  • Description: This button filters the onboardings to only show those that have either been actioned by you or are awaiting your approval (if you are assigned as an approver).
  • Use Case: Use this filter when you want to focus on onboardings directly related to your responsibilities.

2. Unsuccessful

  • Description: This button filters onboardings that did not complete successfully. This includes:
    • Expired onboardings
    • Cancelled onboardings
    • Onboardings with undelivered emails
    • Rejected onboardings
  • Use Case: Use this filter to identify and manage any failed or rejected onboardings that may need to be addressed.

3. Pending

  • Description: This button filters onboardings that are still in progress and haven’t been completed yet.
  • Use Case: Use this filter to view all ongoing onboardings that are awaiting the entity's submission. Onboarding pending internal pre-approvals will also be located under this filter. 

4. Review

  • Description: This button filters the onboardings currently under review.
  • Use Case: Use this filter to monitor onboardings that are in the review stage and may require approval or further evaluation.

5. Completed

  • Description: This button filters the onboardings that have been fully completed and approved.
  • Use Case: Use this filter to review or access records of onboardings that have been finalized.
