Steps to Use the eftsure Bank Extension with FNB Online Banking:
Download the eftsure Bank Extension
Download and install the eftsure Bank Extension on the same browser that you use to access your FNB Online Banking Portal. Use this link to download: https://chromewebstore.google.com/detail/eftsure-africa-bank-overl/lgeimoedcchfnbhiehnlmoecmgagcefmLog into the eftsure Extension
Open the eftsure extension and log in with your credentials.Log into the FNB Online Banking Portal
Open a new tab or window in the same browser, and log into your FNB Online Banking account.Access the Payments Section
Once logged in, click on the "Payments" tab in your FNB Online Banking Portal.Select a Payment Batch
From the list of payment batches, click on the name of the payment batch you want to verify and upload.Open Payment Details
Click the "Payment Details" button to view the details of the selected payment batch.Run the Verification
Click on the blue verification icon. The verification process will pull the necessary information from your eftsure profile.Check the Verification Results
Review the verification results by looking at the thumb icons next to the payment entries.Refresh the eftsure Profile Payments Section
Go back to your eftsure profile and click "Refresh" in the Payments section to sync and see the same verification results.
