Step 2: Log into Your Banking Portal
Open a new tab or window in the same browser, then log in to your Nedbank Business Online Banking account.
Navigate to the Payments Section
Access the Payments section to view and manage your payment batches.
Step 3: Load a Payment Batch and Start Verification
- After selecting a payment batch, scroll down to view individual payments within the batch.
- Click the blue circle button at the top of the payment list to start verification for all payments in the batch. This will screen the payment details against your master data list.

Step 4: Review Verification Results
Once verification is complete, you’ll see colored thumb icons beside each payment. Note that you can hover over any thumb icon to view more details on the verification status:

- Green Thumb: Verified – the information matches the master data list in your eftsure portal.
- Red Thumb: Information mismatch with the master data list in your eftsure portal. Review this information before processing any payments.
- Orange Thumb: No record found in the master data list in your eftsure portal. Further information is needed to verify.
Step 5: Viewing Results in the eftsure Portal
- Open the eftsure portal.
- Navigate to the Payments section and click Refresh to sync and view the latest verification statuses for each payment.

Additional Tips
- Dual Log-in Requirement: Ensure you’re logged into both the eftsure extension and your banking portal on the same browser.
- Routine Review: Regularly check verification icons to identify and address potential issues before processing payments.
